Personalized Meditation Recording

  • This is a meditation designed around you: your nervous system, your challenges, and what you want to cultivate. You fill out a brief intake form, sharing your current needs, goals, and intentions, and I create a custom recording you can listen to anytime — again and again.

    This isn’t a generic meditation.
    It’s a guide that meets you where you are, helping you:

    • Slow down your nervous system

    • Anchor in steadiness and clarity

    • Integrate mindfulness into your day-to-day life

    • Practice in your own space, on your own schedule

    • Fill out the intake form (I’ll ask about your goals, current challenges, and preferences).

    • I create a 15–20 minute meditation recording tailored to you.

    • Receive your recording digitally and start using it immediately.
